Unveiling the truth
This is where we share stories that need to be told. Exposing the protection of sexual abusers within Pinnacle Fertility. These narratives aim to shed light on concerning issues and demand accountability.

A culture that encourages supervisor at Pinnacle Fertility to exploit power imbalances to pressure young women he supervises into sexual relationships
Pinnacle Fertility lab director, Craig Park, from Canada, has been abusing his power at work to pressure female subordinates into having unlawful sexual relationships with him.
According to former Pinnacle employee, Matthew Hudnall: Craig Park has slept with many of his female subordinates at Pinnacle.
Despite knowing Park’s sexual misconduct towards the young women he supervises, Pinnacle not only refuses to discipline Craig Park but also gives him promotion and pay raises.
According to Craig Park’s testimony, Pinnacle pays him over 300k per year, even though he has been using his authority to pressure young women he supervises at Pinnacle into sex.
Craig Park testified and admitted that he has been Ms. Nur Zarith Sofea Zakaria’s (a.k.a. Sofea Zakaria) supervisor at Pinnacle since 2018, but when asked whether he has had sexual relationships with Zakaria, Park dodged the question and refused to answer. (See the transcript of Craig Park’s testimony here.)
Craig Park, referring to himself as a “Canadian doctor who works in human reproduction,” has also asked young women, “when was the last time you slept with a Canadian doctor who works in human reproduction,” and he told the young women he “tempted to say he recommend that the women sleep with him.” (See the screenshot in the same link above.)
The Park matter isn’t an isolated incident. Pinnacle has pattern of protecting sexual abusers while punishing victims.

Protecting abusers in order to prioritize the company’s profits and retaliating against victims.
Pinnacle doctor Dr. Akas Jain sexually harassed two female Pinnacle employees. Rather than protecting women’s safety, Pinnacle retaliated against the victims by firing the two female employees shortly after they reported Dr. Jain’s misconduct to the authorities, prioritizing Dr. Jain’s profitability to the company over the protection of its victims. (Franklin County Court, Ohio. Case No. 23-CV-6324.)
Pinnacle has demonstrated a pattern of disparaging and victim-blaming conduct by repeatedly referring to sexually assaulted women as “salacious” in its court filings. (Franklin County Court, Ohio. Case No. 20-CV-8213.)
Pinnacle sent threatening letters through lawyers to its former doctor, seeking to ban the doctor from providing medical services elsewhere after she was terminated by Pinnacle without any fault on her part. (Summit County Court, Ohio. Case No. 2023-CV-10-3993.)
Concerned that former doctors’ medical services would harm its profits, Pinnacle sued another doctor and sought a court order barring him from providing medical services to patients elsewhere after he had resigned from Pinnacle. (Summit County, Ohio, Case No. CV-2019-09-3633.)
While Dr. Akas Jain/Dr. David Nash sexually assaulted patients, Pinnacle instead chose to send threatening letters to the victims, warning that they would be bankrupted by its litigation unless they agreed to remain silent.

Pinnacle Fertility's lies to the Court, the society and citizens
In an apparent effort to evade scrutiny – as Pinnacle is afraid that the confrontation/deposition would disclose its sexual misconduct – in court filing, Pinnacle Fertility - through its lawyer Brandon Pauley - deliberately lied by falsely claiming that “Plaintiff unilaterally ‘noticed’ the deposition of RGI [Pinnacle] on May 19, 2025 for a deposition to occur on June 6, 2025 without contacting RGI [Pinnacle]’s counsel prior to or after serving the Notice.” (See Pinnacle's court filing in the same link above.)
Yet, the truth is: the plaintiff in that matter not only contacted RGI [Pinnacle]’s counsels multiple times (on May 5, 12 and 16, 2025) prior to serving the notice but also continued to contact RGI [Pinnacle]’s counsels (on May 19, 2025) after serving the notice. (See the emails exchanged between Pinnacle and the plaintiff in the same link above.)
Further, on May 15, 2025, RGI [Pinnacle]’s counsel, Brandon Pauley, even replied to the plaintiff’s emails, which were sent to him on May 5 and 12. Pauley's replies to the plaintiff’s emails proved he was fully aware of the fact that the plaintiff had contacted him multiple times prior to serving the notice of deposition.
Sadly, about two weeks after he replied to the plaintiff’s emails, which proved his awareness of the communications, on June 2, Pauley still knowingly lied to the court by claiming that the plaintiff didn’t contact him. (See the same link above for Pauley's court filing.)
Pinnacle Fertility and its lawyer have the pattern of deliberately lying to the courts, the society, and the citizens in order to shield the sexual abusers who work for Pinnacle from accountability and scrutiny.
