Facing bully and injustice

Despite knowing the statements were true, Pinnacle Fertility abused the legal system to threaten and silence the victim by filing a so-called “Verified Complaint” that it knew contained false allegations but signed under penalty of perjury, in order to conceal its misconduct and even demand money from its victim. [More documents will be supplemented on this matter in this case.]

Additionally, Pinnacle Fertility has maliciously violated IVF service agreement and refused to provide services after withholding deposits from about 90 clients. Byt Tammuz Family Ltd. v. Pinnacle Fertility Inc. Case No. 25STCV27685, Los Angeles County, California Superior Court.

Pinnacle Fertility harassed and even maliciously discriminated against its employee and then wrongfully fired him. Case No. 25STCV07446, Los Angeles County, California Superior Court.

Because Pinnacle failed to pay the worker's compensation that should have been paid, Pinnacle Fertility was ordered by the Court to pay the workers. (Albany County, NY. Judgment No. 90375423)
